    • How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?

      Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £250.00 + vat (otherwise it's a £10.00 fixed rate).

      We can deliver anywhere within London, the M25, and Northampton. We also deliver further afield in some cases; feel free to give us a call on 0800 559 3917 (or email sales@andrewsofficefurniture.com), to speak to our friendly sales team, if you have any queries.     • Do You Assemble The Furniture?

      Yes, and its FREE!

      Unlike most office furniture companies, we have our own team of professional fitters, who will assemble all your office furniture quickly and efficiently, ready to use, and take away any rubbish or packaging. All we need is the appropriate floor space ready when we arrive.
       

      We also ask if you can confirm, at the time of ordering, if there are any parking restrictions, what floor the delivery will be made to, and if there is a lift on site, if needed. Deliveries can be made to any floor of your building as long as we can park and have use of a lift where possible.

    • When and How Do You Deliver?

      We deliver next working day (subject to stock availability) to your office or home, and can deliver Saturdays at a additional cost. If you have a specific day in mind – no problem – give us a call on 0800 559 3917 or email sales@andrewsofficefurniture, so we can make arrangements for you.
       

      We deliver between 8.30am and 5pm and will endeavour to give you a more specific time on the day of delivery.
       

      When our delivery team arrive, they will build all your furniture so it’s ready to use, and take away any rubbish or packaging. We ask that you have the appropriate floor space ready for when we arrive.
       

      We also ask if you can confirm, at the time of ordering, if there will be parking restrictions, what floor delivery is to be made to, and if there is a lift on site if needed. Deliveries can be made to any floor of your building as long as we can park and have use of a lift where possible.

    • How Long Will It take For My Order To Arrive?

      Office furniture from our next day range and second hand section will be delivered the next working day, if ordered by 2pm.

      Other office furniture delivery times will be specified in the product description, and confirmed via email once your order has been placed.       No. As all of our recycled storage have had previous owners, it is difficult to guarantee that keys have not already been lost. In some cases, it might be possible for you to get a key cut from your local locksmith, or online at www.fastkeys.co.uk, but if you definitely require something lockable, then please speak to our sales team (call 0800 559 3917 or email sales@andrewsofficefurniture.com), who will be happy to help.
