Just a few lines to tell you how much I appreciated the care and attention I received today, when I went to change my office chair.
I originally went into your Edgware Road branch last week, where I met Sebastian and, although I made it clear that I had not got my car with me and was therefore unable to buy at the time, he took the same amount of time and trouble as if I had intended to buy the entire contents of the store.
When I returned this morning, he found the same chair that I had liked, carried it down and loaded it into the car for me; I did not even have to touch it until I arrived home.
It is, unfortunately, rare in this day and age to meet such politeness and efficiency and I should be grateful if you would attach this letter to Sebastian's records to show how much it was a pleasure dealing with him.
