Please read and note – due to the current situation, we will normally deliver your furniture flat-packed, or assembled, to your front door ONLY, and will not enter your home – if in doubt, please call before ordering 0800 559 3917.

Next day delivery may not be available to outlying areas of London & the M25. If in doubt, please call us on 0800 559 3917 to check with us before placing your order.

Free installation on ALL orders. Free delivery on all orders over £75.00 + VAT within the M25 area only. OUR NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO LONDON/M25 AREAS, IF ITEMS ARE ORDERED BEFORE 2PM (MON – THURS). AFTER 2PM THURSDAY, ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. FOR INFO ON DELIVERY TO ALL OTHER AREAS INCLUDING NORTHAMPTON PLEASE CALL 0800 559 3917.  Deliveries outside of the aforementioned areas will incur an additional delivery charge.

Orders placed after 4pm Friday, and on bank holidays, will be processed/confirmed the next working day, for delivery from the following Tuesday.

For delivery in the Northampton area and outside of London/M25 border areas, delivery may take 7 - 10 working days.


For orders less than £75.00 + VAT, the delivery cost is £10.00. This is to cover the ever increasing number of parking tickets, along with the rising cost of petrol & diesel. But remember, we build and install your furniture for no extra cost. Please have the area ready to accept delivery of your goods. If the delivery is postponed or rescheduled, a charge may be made of 25% of the order value (A minimum of £50.00 + VAT).

Please also advise what floor the delivery is to be made to, and if there is a lift on site. If the delivery is above the second floor and there is no lift, please call 0800 559 3917 to confirm any additional costs. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm any onsite parking restrictions. If for any reason we are unable to park whilst delivering due to the risk of a parking ticket or clamp, the customer will be given the option of paying the fine or cancelling the order with a 25% charge (mininum £50.00 + VAT).


For delivery in the Northampton area and outside of London/M25 border areas, delivery may take 7 - 10 working days.

For deliveries outside of the M25 please call 0800 559 3917 or email [email protected] for costs. Please also advise of any parking restrictions including red routes or yellow lines. Failure to inform us of any parking issues may delay delivery. Delivery costs include full installation of your furniture on site by our skilled delivery fitters, including removal of any rubbish. Self assembly of furniture will invalidate manufacturer's guarantees and a charge will be made, should the company have to return to assemble or rectify. Please note that signed delivery note, or acceptance of furniture, confirms delivery of goods.

We aim to deliver next working day (for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday) in areas within the M25, but there will be times when we are unable to do this. For deliveries outside of the M25, or in outlying areas within the M25, it may take a little longer, as we don't normally dispatch delivery vans to these areas every day. For online orders in the Northampton area, orders placed by 4pm Tuesday will be delivered within the next 7-10 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery Time

Deliveries are carried out Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm.

We are unable to give an exact time, but will endeavour to accommodate your requests on the day of delivery.

Saturday delivery is available at a premium and upon request.

Excludes bank holidays.

Please note all deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday would be delivered from the next Tuesday onward.

Any shortages or queries discovered upon or after delivery must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any claims.
