All of our new office chairs come with at least a 12-month warranty. Should you experience any issues with your chair in this time, we would endeavour to fix or replace the chair.

For other locations, we still provide fast delivery options, but they can take a little longer than our next-day service. All items in our next-day office chairs service are assembled and installed for FREE within the London and M25 area. There is a £20 + VAT delivery charge for any orders valued under £500 + VAT. You qualify for our next-day service if you’re situated within these areas and you complete your order by 2pm.
