As 2025 draws to a close many businesses will be looking to make a fresh start by moving or refurbishing their office space. A key part of this is to refresh the look of meeting rooms, where many important and passionate debates and ideas take place in the office world. So what are the latest trends when it comes to meeting room furniture and décor?

Furniture in the average office space can sometimes be a little too predictable, with many of them just containing a sea of office chairs and desks, the odd meeting table, and meeting chairs. However, breakout areas and breakout furniture is where you can really create a relaxing and rejuvenating area, where employees can rest, interact, and collaborate.

These are all slightly different names for what is essentially a booth or pod, which is at-least-partially closed off from the outside world. All the rage in modern office spaces, these booths allow for more privacy when working alone, or when conducting meetings.
